I had the privilege of meeting Alhaji Banda through his lovely wife Edwina in London. I have always been in awe of his zeal and amazing accomplishments in life and was saddened by the news of his death.
I pray the good Lord keeps him and his legacy lives on . My love and prayers for strength and comfort to Edwina, children and extended family. May Alhaji’s soul rest in peace.

I first met Alhaji in London in the late eighties. He was fascinated and in awe that I was the only female Telecom engineer and a Ghanaian for that matter, working in North West London for British Telecom.
I sincerely want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the friendship which spans over 30 years and I will forever cherish your advice.
